Christine was up front about the price before any work was done. I'd rather keep my money local in buffalo with the people, rather than giving it away to a big corporate capitalist nightmare like Walmart. These are used tires, you might not find a new tire that fits your vehicle. They likely have a used one that will fit. The tread on the used tire was decent. James helped with the tire service, he was quick, thorough, professional. It was about $45ish for a single used tire. I hope I don't get another flat. If I do, I'll ask these folks for help again.”

“I read elsewhere about excellent customer service interstate provides and was not let down when the time came that I needed them. My battery died, I had no receipt, battery was just over two years old. They were able to look up the battery by codes on the battery and seeing how it was out of the full replacement window they offered me a replacement pro rated. ($70 for a $160 battery) However they told me not to buy a replacement and that they would fix my current one for free. ALSO, if i did buy a replacement they told me they would honor the same pro rated price and allow me to buy it months later being how I did not need the new battery until summertime.”
