Had 2 new tires replaced , and left with a vibration. Lovely, went back to dealer and now they say I have a bent wheel, which was not told to me on my previous visit, and I asked. Brought it back, nothing resolved. Was told to come back and they will take care of it. Did a little research and found Derek. Man, let me tell you. I have never experienced anyone like him. They said it was break pads, which did not fix issue. Other place said same thing. One other place said that it was something inside of the door. Took the car here for regular oil change and had low gas. They filled up the tank and noticed the noise. Mechanic figured it out at once and let me know. Made appointment to get it fixed. Car drives smoothly, no noise, it's been 5-6 month since they reassembled front wheel shaft and replaced defective part. Highly recommend.”

“They were the BEST. Between snow and ice, and a million other "issues", another tow company canceled on me three separate times. Running out of time to tow a car out of an apartment parking lot that I'm moving from, I started exploring other options. I honestly couldn't be happier. Definition of "everything happens for a reason". My vehicle hasn't moved in nearly a year, and he explored other options to try and get my car going, like jumping the battery, because we were worried about the tow not fitting in the narrow driveway. When that failed, he skillfully maneuvered his tow and was able to get my car on it. I called for an estimate and my car was on the bed an hour and a half later. I wish I would've got the guys name. He made it feel like it was an honor to be there, not an obligation. Between the sense of urgency and being able to come right away, the extremely fair pricing, and the professionalism of the employee, I couldn't recommend military towing more.”

After shopping around his price was competitive and he has great reviews, so I decided to proceed with KS for my 2021 BMW 430i x-drive commuter. Price was very good and Kevin did an amazing job. Car looks better than the day I bought it. He provides a thorough care sheet so you can maintain your coating for longevity. Price I paid was slightly below quote, never tried to up-sell me on products I didn’t need. Also recommended a colleague to fix a few small dents that were bothering me at an extremely reasonable price. He also offered to do some small vinyl stripping on the doors which looks great and protects from inevitable chips when I leave the car in a valet garage. He is booked frequently so you’ll likely need to schedule in advance and plan to leave the car for several days. Kevin is easy to work with and very pleasant. Will be using him for my maintenance detailing. Highly recommend.”
