“First — this is to recommend Taylor Pechtel, PA, and to share my recent observations that it seems like the staff is really trying to be friendly, responsive, and efficient. (And succeeding). I’ve been a patient here for thyroid cancer followup, for about 30 years. I left a year or two after the phenomenal Dr. Abelseth (& David, nurse/medical assistant) left, because the doctor I was transferred to was beyond rude, chauvinistic, and condescending. He claimed my 1981 cancer diagnosis may have been false since I’d been cancer free so long and diagnostic standards has changed. I’m back because my GP recommended endocrine followup — realizing that Dexa scan, thyroid scan, and lab results need that expertise. Taylor is young, not as experienced, but I am neither. I can say with 100% certainty that she has the knowledge, skill, and desire to be an excellent care provider. So far, I am happy to have returned —except for the visceral reaction of seeing the other doctor is still there.”

“Dr. Tabibzadeh has always been there for me. Over the years, I can recall many instances of being sick and freaking-out, only to be comforted by her genuine care. What sets her apart from other doctors I’ve been to is that it doesn’t feel like she just treats a symptom— she treats me as a person, in a holistic way. Her greatest strength is her desire to listen to her patients, which means that my concerns are all addressed before leaving her office. Also a plus: the office is clean and beautiful. It's super simple to get same-day appointments and I never have to wait. I also love that her office staff gets to know every patient and family (and they treat you like family too). “I have been coming here for years. They are the best. First of all, it's a teaching institution so, they are not trying to make money off of you. Secondly, an entire team reviews your procedures. Lastly, it is incredibly affordable. I actually gave up my corporate dental because NYU is better- easier to get an appointment, less expensive (even with insurance it's cheaper for me to pay out of pocket). They do accept Insurance, just not what my job is offering. I really appreciate the teaching model and find the care to be thorough. I have a lot of fear and anxiety with dental work and this is the only place that I come to. Everyone is so patient and kind.”
