The actual cleaning is very informative and no pressure on the little kids. All the tools are described and tested on kids hands so they know what to expect, if something is too intimidating they don’t force the kids to do it. He works with very young and fragile children and sees them progress, and has such a wonderful and gentle demeanor. His office staff are quick and friendly and very efficent.
