The telephone line is ALWAYS busy. I don't think they even have a multi line. Youve got to call several times back 2 back to get an answer. Also, you should give your DOB before explaining the reason for your call. They will literally cut you off to ask for your DOB. and that infurieates me. That stuff aside, the doctors there are excellent.”
