“Dr Song was exactly what we were looking for. My mother was having trouble walking, and it was getting to the point where it seemed like she would soon be in a wheel chair. Dr. Song was very thorough, asked history, had MRI, nerve tests, and found that there were several things at fault. One thing she did that most doctors dont do is, she explained everything, instead of dismissing you and if you wouldn't understand. I found that she is a teacher at NYU, so maybe this is why she is so good at explaining the situation. All in all, it seems that the problems have, at the very least halted from getting any worse, and is possibly slowly getting better. I would not hesitate for a second recommending this doctor. She is a hidden gem.”

Additionally, she also help patients to save some unnecessary money cost. My company buy me Cigna insurance , and I have to pay $50 as a copay. So sometime she just tells me that I do not need to come next time, I can just call her after taking next blood test, and she will tell me how to adjust my prescription in phone without coming to visit her, so that I can save that $50.
