“My wife, Anna Bruno, was a patient this year at St Francis Hospital for various medical conditions. Her condition, diagnosed critical, resulted in being treated three separate occasions in ICU for over 13 weeks. Because of her medical situation, which at times overwhelmed, required updates from Dr Tabak. Many, many phone calls at his office and the Hospital resulted extremely poor communication from Dr Tabak in not responding to me. The overwhelmingly information was from the nurses in ICU.He wanted to discharge my wife after 10 weeks with conditions to a skilled nursing home. That was prevented due to her present medical conditions, fever and infections, by the Meadowbrook skilled nursing home . My wife remained in SFH for several more days to clear the condition. My opinion is Dr Tabak lacks communication skills and proper diagnosing properly ( as per my wife condition) her current medical situations. I will not recommend Dr Tabak as outlined. My wife passed away on April 13. Mr. Vito Bruno( husband)”
