“I was recommended to Dr Ingargiola by one of my friends who had a procedure done a few months prior. I was so nervous for my first appointment but meeting with Eve and Dr. I put me right at ease. The front desk staff was always so sweet and polite every time i came to the office. I screwed up my appointment dates and instead of trying to cancel or reschedule me they worked with their schedule to accommodate mine! When i came in for surgery I was beyond anxious and the nurses all made me feel so comfortable and calm. Daniela was awesome for explaining the entire procedure before hand and what to expect after. The recovery room nurse was also an absolute dream, taking the BEST care of me post-op! (I wish i wasn’t so groggy from the anesthesia and i feel terrible i can’t remember her name but she was an absolute Angel.) i have to admit that since my surgery i have recommended almost everyone i meet (whether they are looking to have surgery or not.) Overall the experience with this office was out of this world and I am SO happy i made the choice to work with them.”

I was sent to this store from a friend who said the staff was great and I have to agree that it was. I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I was so turned off by Verizon, and it showed in my attitude but the ladies were so pleasent. I would have canceled all my service if it wasn't for the store manager Janice and her staff, they even offered me water (who does that). This old school type of customer service needs to be brought back into most of your store. If anything the ladies here should train all the other Verizon employees in how to interact with upset customers. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any location. Thank you ladies for your service and southern charm.”
