“This was better than i expected. I just needed a night to sleep peacefully and got just that. The customer service from beginning to end was great. The room was nice in size, clean, and cozy. There was a full kitchen complete with dishware and utensils. There were a few mold spots in the tub. The breakfast was not what I expected though, I thought everything has been returned from Covid days. I didn't care for the egg souffle, the bagel was okay, and the tea options were limited. Most of the options were black tea. I did not visit the pool or the fitness area. The outside grounds were kept very well too. I would recommend this to my clients! As a licensed travel advisor, I enjoy visiting without letting them know I am checking it out to sale!”

“Probably the best hotel we've stayed as a family . Everything was great for us . The staff was friendly and knowledgeable . The maintenance person is a gem, sorry I forgot his name but please let him know how much we appreciate his dedication and smile . At first the AC in our room was broken and since they could not fix it right away they moved us to another suite . My kids loved the 'problem' they had to deal with every morning, pancakes or waffles :)...also lots of healthy choices, fruits yogurt cereals eggs . We never ran out of fresh towels and we just had to ask in order to get housekeeping during our 4 night stay. The one thing we could not enjoy was the indoor pool. The chlorine level was constantly too high and made us cough and tear up. We tried flagging it at the front desk but were told it's the way the pool is ...oh well. We also had fun times shopping at the nearby mall. If we ever come back in the area this will be our go to hotel no doubts about it . PS: if you are looking for lunch-dinner options, you must try the diner a few blocks up the road.”

“I had been looking for a podiatrist with a more holistic view of the foot (as opposed to someone who sees every problem as solvable only through surgery). I had planned to visit his office on a trip to NY but unfortunately had to cancel the trip. I called the office in an effort to do a remote consult; 2 hours later I get a phone call from Dr. C. We spoke for 20+ minutes on the phone and he was incredibly helpful and generous with his time. He referred me to a colleague closer to where I live and suggested some podcasts to listen to for my condition. I have never encountered a medical practitioner like him. He is one in a million.”
