“As a long time resident of the neighborhood, this Checkers deserves 5 stars. Every time I come in the employees look happy working together. Very nice people and efficient. Normally there’s 2 workers. One on the cashier and one cooking, the cashier will help the cook. They are fast & efficient. Never had any issues with the food. The only thing is I think the seating area is way too big so it can give off an empty feel. But if you have a family of 10+ there’s plenty of seats haha.”

“I went to this place at my daughter's recommendation for a hamburger and fries. She was right. My sister and I went there and had two regular hamburgers and one small order of french fries and it was excellent. They use large crinkle cut fries and cook them pretty well done. The hamburger is impressive. The meat meats the edge of the bun and it's a pretty large bun. They have the usual condiments you would expect on a hamburger. Next time I'll ask for more onions. The portions are large. We couldn't eat it all and we only ordered one order of fries. It was obvious that they cook-to-order. It took longer than most places, but was well worth it. The employees did an excellent job. There was a short wait time for them to get the order and there was a line at the register that was quite long. In my world these are minor issues in relation to what you get. This entire meal cost $15 and change! The person working the cash register gave us our fountain drinks for free. It must have been obvious that we were first time customers. Smart move! The seating was surprisingly spacious. However, it wasn't the most comfortable on the planet. We're going back when we want an inexpensive big hamburger and fries. We got no gas. INSIGHT: "GO HERE WHEN YOU'RE NOT IN A HURRY."”

“In 2018, I had my first csection and unfortunately it went horribly wrong. I developed a severe infection that was lasting for months. During an Er visit, a nurse, who used to practice as a wound care nurse directed me towards the Advanced wound healing center. After 2.5 months of 6 rounds of antibiotics, a wound that was still open and losing hope, I reached out to Advanced Wound healing. Dr. Lagaly, the nurses and staff saved my life, without them I do not believe I’d have been able to recover. They were always wonderful, compassionate and attentive. They went out of their way to take excellent care of me and to ensure my recovery. They treated like a human not another number, and always made sure to communicate with me what needed to happen to help my healing. I recently had another csection and although I am praying that I won’t need them again, I know if I do, my life is safe in their hands and care.”
