I had some pre-existing medical concerns that made me opt to start freezing embryos in the chance that I may become infertile. The entire staff, and I mean the entire staff, are absolutely tremendous, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. From the folks who schedule appointments, to the financial clearance folks, to the techs, and the physicians- everyone is amazing. It is the most organized physician’s office I have ever been to- everything is well thought out, and they have made it super easy to follow instructions. I am now 12 weeks pregnant, and I am so thankful for all of the wonderful care I received at Albany IVF. Dr. Elguero was my physician and I have never met a physician as thorough as her. She is caring, understanding, and quite honestly a miracle worker. I am so thankful that this is where I decided to get care.
