“I had a quote about 8 years ago with Dr. Goodman and the pricing for the Spa has gone up. However compared to other surgeons, I think the pricing is still pretty reasonable. I returned about 2 weeks ago and met with Cheryl who have me my initial consult. I was somewhat skeptical as I have been for the past 8 years. I called back and spoke with Nicole who I have seen here and there throughout my visits and phone calls. She did everything over the phone to make me comfortable and ease my questions. She took time to answer every question. Yes, she is very busy and wears multiple hats in the office but she is very welcoming and courteous. Nicole also did my blood work when I came in. She comforted me and spoke to me and my fiance. She did not rush my questions or give me any hassle. She was straight up about everything. I had my surgery with Dr. McCarthy about a week ago. The nurses Cheryl and Christine were both great. Dr. McCarthy was also wonderful with explaining the procedure. During the procedure she took her time to make sure I was comfortable. My experience with the staff at this Spa was exceptional. There is always misconception when people are busy. However the hospitality from the front desk (Nicole) to the back facility for surgery was great thus far.”

Dr. Jack Geffken is a doctor who you would want by your side, the same goes with his assistant Danielle. I cannot stress how important it is to have them in your corner when you are sick, or, with a simple telephone call to get the relief & answers you need.
