“I never write reviews for medical offices but I definitely felt like had to for this office. I spoke with Carla who is definitely an amazing human being. I felt so bad that I was such an A hole to her. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told that they were booking to August for new patients which made me very upset I will admit. I definitely said some things that was very inappropriate not understanding that it’s definitely not scheduling’s fault and that they don’t control how many patients a doctor can see. Instead of Carla which is the girl I was taking to, giving me an attitude she was completely understanding and she definitely kept her composure and still talked to me very calmly which definitely put me at ease. She explained to me that she can give me a call when there’s a cancellation. On Friday I definitely got a call from her and was scheduled a lot sooner. She was absolutely amazing. A lot of office’s definitely need a Carla.”

“I had a suspicious mole. Had a different dermatologist look at it a year or so ago. they looked at it with their regular eyes and said “come back in a year. Instead of them, I decided to try a new dermatologist. Dr.Romano looked at it with some kind of jewelers magnifying glass, and immediately said “oh yes this is growing,” removed it minutes later. Sent out biopsy. This is what I want in a doctor. Someone that really listens and really looks. Takes action when something is suspicious. Genuinely nice. Have already recommended him to my brother-in-law.”
