“The staff is beyond incredible here. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and ready to help - always. Clean facility, plenty of parking, elevators are available as well as stairs with motivational signs as you ascend/descend them. Bathrooms are easily found and are also quite clean. You have the ability to check in from your phone (in your car or outside the building) when you arrive and can get a text message letting you know when to come in and see your doctor. There are also self check in kiosks available if you'd rather not wait in line. I will note that if it's your first time or if you have more than one appointment, you cannot use the kiosk to check in. At the time of this review, masks are required in the building at all times. There is hand sanitizer available at every turn. There is also plenty of space throughout the building to keep a distance from others. Unfortunately I've been through a fair share of medical issues which means I've been to a lot of different doctors. I've lived in several states across the country and the BMG has been absolutely top notch compared to many places I've visited over the decades. You will be well taken care of here.”
