I never knew this company had the quality, or was financially feasible with its prices, it isn’t much more then the traditional stores! I would prefer smaller payments while I’m able to save more and then pay it off with the yearly bonus I receive. “I went into the Ferguson, Missouri Dollar Tree on 02/12/22 at 915am. I witnessed the best customer service. I haven't seen this in a while. One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. It was the best shopping experience I've witnessed since the pandemic hit. Thank you both for putting a smile on a Customers face!”

But I think it's better to bring the items to them to show them the issues instead of calling over the phone. There will be better clarity if they see the items that needs to be repaired in my opinion. Also, the pricing is good. I called another place and they wanted to charge me $225 just to fix a cushion.
