He explains the injury as well as the reason of each exercise with all the details and never gets tired answering any questions patient has.Him and his staffs are very friendly and accommodating to the schedule. After long time I was able to find the facility and people like this. I would definitely recommend this place over the known placed around where they are less professional, responsive and with more money making attitude than real intention of treating the patient very well by having patient real need their prime focus”

It's a family owned business, and the owners, as well as the rest of the staff are fantastic people. They offer a slew of classes, as well. The weight room is enormous! It was laid out by people with years of lifting experience. It's the most logical setup that I've seen in my three decades in gyms! It's not a meat-head gym! Many serious lifters, but without the attitude and bravado. Anyone can train here, and feel comfortable doing so. Myself and many other experienced lifters regularly help other patrons out. The prices are more than competitive, too!!!”
