“I've been meaning to write this review for a long, long time. This is hands-down, the best dental laboratory I've ever had the pleasure of using! I've had several breaks of my screw-in denture (both top and bottom) over the years, and it's an event to accomplish. The denture has to be removed to be repaired, so the first step is to unscrew them, which I usually do at 8:30 am at my dentist's office. She's a good 45 min from my house, so I have to be up and about by at least 7, to get there in time. Then I travel another 45 minutes further north to Hudson Valley Prosthetics, arriving at about 9:30ish. After my denture is evaluated by their skilled technician, Bill (I think that's his name; if not, I apologize) he'll get right to work, putting whatever he was working on to the side to fix my damaged denture. This last time, the upper denture broke in multiple places, and I was afraid it was unrepairable, meaning I was going to have to find another $8k to pay off the new titanium upper denture that's been sitting in the dentist's office since 2016. But that's not what happened. Turning the broken pieces over in his hand, and after a few seconds (felt like minutes) Bill said, "Well, the better the job the longer I can work on them." I felt hopeful for the first time since the break, and told him, "Whatever time you say!". "2 o'clock," he stated, requesting my cell number so he could call me when they were ready. At about 10 after 2, the phone rang, and I was off to pick up my now repaired (and damn near rebuilt) denture, and was now on my way back to the dentist's office for reinsertion. At the dentist shortly after 3, she screws it back in, and I'm done for the day, other than than 45 minute commute home. I'm tired, but it's worth every minute to have my teeth repaired the same day, so I don't have to be without them. Forget aesthetics, I need them for chewing! These dentures are so natural feeling versus the ones that are removed daily. I always hated that Polident stuff - it always took a super long time to harden, and even when it did, you could feel your teeth moving up and down while you're chewing; those were awful, honestly. Fact is, we need our teeth if we want to eat most foods, and not having them is a nightmare. If I had to wait for my dentist to mail them to the lab, the lab takes a few days, then another few days in transit, and next thing I know, I've been toothless for almost 2 weeks! The last thing I want to do is to run around all day, but because these people understand how valuable their skills are to us, their clientele, They've always accommodated me when I've had a break, and they've earned my forever loyalty. There is not a better lab anywhere in New York State! Thanks for listening.”

The aftercare directions they give you to follow are very good. The dentist and Karen his assistant are very nice. The office looked new and clean.”
