“I visited Dr. Ro’s office for annual physical checkup, and I made an appointment over the phone. I was please to speak with the staff who knew the open time for me to get a schedule. Office was clean and neat, staff was kind and professional. After signing in within couple of minute I had meeting with Dr. Ro, who was kind, good listener and able to explain my condition, and explain physical exam process. After the meeting, I was escorted by staff and did physical. It was 4 exams, and every exam was explained well by staff, whole thing took about 1hr. This was my first time and this was actually fun for me. After the physical, they took my blood (I HATE needle, but this was quickly done), and urine. I took little rest in waiting area, and had a meeting with Dr. Ro regarding the result of physical. He spoke in gentle manner and soft, I felt good. I highly recommend Dr. Ro, and I will be back.”
