If you don't they will accommodate you. The Welcoming staff was always pleasant. Bloodwork/radiology staff friendly. The procedures and techs friendly. Sometimes people come late for scheduled appts. And that throws everyone else off. Patience. Be glad you don't have to travel to Albany for same procedures. Economy and Healthcare workers are doing their best. They are getting and keeping you healthy. Slow down.”

Dr. Bart explains everything he is doing, answers all questions thoroughly and when picking out new frames, they are extremely patient. They give great input on what frames would best suit the shape/size of your face. If a frame is not covered by my insurance plan, they always offer a discount to help with the cost. They just relocated and the new facility is absolutely beautiful! If you're looking for a new optometrist, Dr. Bart and his staff is the place to go. And by the way, they allow sufficient time with each patient so they don't overbook which shows me how they respect their patients.”
