Dr Romanski has a calming, reassuring bedside manner and was patient with my questions. He goes above and beyond, making sure all my personal health risk factors were evaluated before starting my cycle. The cycle was a success! I’m also really grateful for the wonderful nursing staff who were all so warm and kind. Special shout outs to Isabel who was diligent in following up on my dose adjustments every day and always remembered to check in on how my body was reacting. She’s so positive and encouraging - it really helps with the process! Sara gave me a foolproof tutorial on injections and explained how to contact my pharmacy. “My short review: If you’re suffering from pain, see Dr. Rubin now! If you want the details, keep reading! I have been seeing Dr. Rubin for 6 years. I suffer from neck injuries. I’be had trigger point injections and nerve blocks with other pain doctors with no luck. I was referred to Dr. Rubin and with one visit and treatment I felt pain relief for the first time in years! My quality of life has significantly improved since my first appointment with him. I’ve had trigger point injections and cervical nerve blocks. I see him once maybe every year or so and I’m pretty much good to go for another year or so! My most recent visit to Dr. Rubin was for help with my frozen shoulder. I had been suffering for over 6 months and had seen one specialist after another with no luck. Hoping I could get the same relief I get with my neck, I reached out to Dr. Rubin. Scheduling was quick and easy. Liz and team were beyond helpful, as if they could feel my own pain, worked to quickly get me in to see Dr. Rubin around my schedule. When I got to his office I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel comfortable. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, I only waited a few minutes before being called in for my appointment. Dr. Rubin was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my pain history with my shoulder. He was empathetic and genuinely interested in finding the best solution for me. He thoroughly explained the different treatment options available to me, discussing the potential benefits and risks of each. He made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to help alleviate my pain. I was scheduled for a nerve block that same week. The treatment I received was top-notch. I was extremely nervous upon arrival for the procedure but Dr Rubin put me at ease.
