“Upon asking my child's dentist for an orthodontist recommendation she said, "If you want the best, go to Dr. Okun." She was right! From the first visit, you see that this is not your typical orthodontic office. Dr. Okun is the only dentist in the practice and she handles all aspects of treatment. She takes the time to explain what she is doing using terms that both parent and child can understand. Dr. Okun is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her field and takes great pride in her work. She is highly skilled and attentive to every detail of treatment. I truly appreciate the personalized care and beautiful smile that Dr. Okun has given to my child, and highly recommend this practice to all.”

“My experience was very different from others. I've been here 4 times in 3yrs for Mom (82+ yrs old). Dementia diagnosis from Doc. Even if you can read...you need to do research on the diagnosis of patient. You can't go & sit and let him preach from paper. If you care enough to show up then you should care enough to learn what the problem is that ails patient AND proper measures needed to maintain, stop, prevent or slow the condition. He IS NOT GOD, just like you read Bible & understand parables...read/research & understand the problem. If you don't understand then ask Doc SPECIFIC QUESTIONS about what you don't know...but you have to show that you are PAYING ATTENTION to problem & know some of the stuff/terminology. People tend Drs & expect miracles..they are optional & it is up to individuals to take accountability or do their part (beside showing up in a chair) in understanding the problems. Life IS FOR THE LIVING...ACT LIKE IT!! We are constantly in learning process of life...when you stop learning you die/your mind dies...so go read up on your STUFF ( COLD TRUTH, sorry if offended). Granted his personality did not make him a Dr. He can seem detached or cold, but he is knowledgeable & well versed in his Specialty you don't respect this knowledge if you read nothing...CHALLENGE his knowledge by questioning what you have read- go prepared w/paper if needed!!...it makes him talk more & interact w/someone who has a little bit of comprehension and deals with one who cares what/why is causing deterioration. You don't have to be well- educated since Google tells us everything these days.”

“Hi. My name is Angela. I went to visionworks at gateway mall with my grandma. Me and my grandma find glasses. My grandma name is Nelida. A worker help us. He show us for typs of glasses. He tell us would you like 1 more glasses because if you buy 1, 1 would be free. He tell us to stay there on the chair we was sitting on. He bring black and white glasses. It was really cool. The first glasses I choose was the blue purple mix glasses. The 2 was the black and white glasses. He show the glasses to me and my grandma. I choose blue purple mix glasses and the black and white glasses that was free. When he tell us the price. We thought the black and white glasses was free because he said if you get 1 it will be free. My grandma pay the price of the glasses. 2022 I graduated and I went to vision work with my grandma and aunt. I picked up my glasses. The worker give me 2 glasses and two glasses case. The glasses case did not have the tissue to clean the glasses. A couple of years has pass. My favorite glasses to where is the black and white glasses. One side of my black and white glasses don't want to stay on. It is the left side. It fall of. I try fixing. It only stay on for a couple of minutes and seconds. And the other side fall of. It is the right side. I put a string on both side of my black and white glasses. The only side that stay on with the string is the right side. That is great. The left side did not stay on. It is ok. I would like to know if vision works would like to fixe the side of my glasses. Thank you for reading the comment. Have a good day. Happy Holiday.”

“My Mom was a resident at Sunrise North Lynbrook for 10 months before she sadly passed away. The facility is well maintained, attractive and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond daily to keep the residents engaged and comfortable. Every staff member is kind, patient and enthusiastic, not only with the Seniors but with visiting family members. Smiles are endless!! It is comforting and heartwarming to know that my Mom received the round-the-clock care that I believe she deserved. I will miss the wonderful people I came to know during her stay! Thank you very much!!!!💕”
