“Been using this service since Janauary to refill my prescriptions. everyone is friendly and good, and all went well. However, more recently: Went here on monday (7/11/2022) to pick up my prescription that was ready on saturday. Got there was greeted, and picked up my prescription. They only charged $1.00. I found out why: without asking me, they somehow got ahold of my medicaid insurance, and used it as a coinsurance. Not only that but it was a big mistake to use that insurance because i don't use the PCP listed on the card. i called them and explained the situation, and i went the following day to fix it. Because they fixed this, i am giving them 4 stars. However, the pharmist who fixed it (Jhisha), did apologize but it did come off so rudely. i appreciate that they want me to save money but however, they asked about everything else and call about everything else: but didn't notify me about that? Anyways, may continue using this location because it is easier but can use the other cvs if another mistake happens again.”

“Arnold has been seeing my 3 kids since birth . He was up to see them in the nursery at 5am , not even 24 hrs old yet . He’s definitely rough around the edges & he won’t baby you or your kids . But hands down the best at diagnosing & treating . He pretty much works 7 days a week (pretty impressive for someone who is in his 70s) & will see my kids when they need a doctor. I don’t know ANY such doctor on the island who has such dedication & commitment . Many may not like him , but I consider him to be excellent at whet he does .”
