“New City Chiropractic Center Recently I was experiencing some neck pain and was recommended to Dr. Michael Cocilovo from several friends. Since they recently moved, the office was brand new, clean and inviting and the staff was professional yet friendly. Dr. Mike as he is known, was working with several patients and each seem to be pleased with the treatments they were receiving. Since I had never been to a chiropractor before I was a bit nervous but Dr. Mike put my mind at ease immediately and did a thorough but gentle adjustment and was able to ease my neck pain as well as identify a problem I was having in my back. I will definitely return and highly recommend either Dr. MIke or Dr. Gil who is his associate. After hearing the experiences from several friends, I would say New City Chiropractic is the best chiropractor in Rockland County. “Namaste is a great studio! It's not traditional Bikram yoga, it's a hot yoga style workout (if that's what you're looking for). I've been coming here for over three years and love it. There's always plenty of parking. The owner is extremely personable and sweet. (I've been to another instructor's classes and loved her style also). The heat is ideal, studio is very clean, and the bathroom/changing rooms are immaculate. I love that you don't need to sign up for classes, it's a drop-in style studio that is so convenient! I'm guilty of staying late and I never feel rushed to leave. My only gripe is that I wish she offered more classes on the weekend. (I don't think I would permanently change my yoga schedule but in the rare occasion that I have to work, the classes are early morning/weekend only).”

“After searching for doctors online that took my insurance I found Dr. Shah. He has been my primary health doctor for more than 2 years. My first impression of him was very pleasant. He is very respectful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my boyfriend whom I also referred to him. He is not dissmisive and takes time to explain lab results and provides detailed information of any symptom or health issue you may have. He has referred me to other doctors that I am also please to see. The aesthetics of the office is not very beautiful but does the job of holding about 10 patients in the waiting area. Because of COVIT, you may have to wait outside to decrease traffic and infection of COVIT. Overall I don't mind his office. Waiting time can be from 30 mins to 2hrs depending on how busy his schedule is. In a few occasions he has been able to see me for emergencies ( which is something that not all Doctors do ) so far he has been meticulously helping me maintain my health and I am very happy to have him as a Doctor and I recommend him to anyone searching for an amazing Doctor. NOTE : The office is close to the 7 train. There are many places from where to buy food if you are hungry as well as other basic stores for shopping.”
