We signed on with her. She got us all the forms we needed to fill out and answered ALL our questions in a timely and easy to understand manner. However some of my family felt we should go with the firm that did my dad's estate planning. We switched assuming we would have the same level of professionalism and service. Thankful to Rite Aid The lady who gives needles needs to be a bit more explanatory and friendly. Especially to children. That's it both times I went, it was roll up your sleeve, needle, and left. I had to say am I finished? She said yes as she was walking away. Very cold. I left saying I hope children are not treated like this because they are usually fearful of needles. Anyways all in all it's really awesome experience.”
