“Just join! I am so happy with how I feel and the quality of this place! I wanted to wait a while before writing a review so that I could give a true sense of the changes I feel in my health, and in my body! I joined in September, and it has been an amazing experience over the past four months. I feel stronger, I’ve lost weight, but most importantly, my body and my posture and joints feel amazing! The staff here are very professional, you have amazing instructors for all different levels, and all different styles. You really get to learn if you are a beginner, and then be able to progress with more advanced classes and instructors as you gain confidence and strength. Lastly, I’ve always been a person that hates doing ab work, a Pilates, reformer, and practice allows you to use your abdominal muscles and your core, without boring sit ups or exercises that are repetitive or hurt your neck and back. Pilates has actually given me strong abs that are visible and I truly enjoyed the work in the reformer that did it! Some tips on instructors as you’re getting started: Call of the level one instructors are great! As you’re progressing, some of the tougher ones are great when you’re ready to challenge yourself. Margaret, Carol, do an amazing job of explaining everything as you’re learning, but they still challenge you. Margaret also does great cardio sculpt and theme classes which are fun! Lisa does a lot of challenging reps that make you stronger and pushes you which is great to improve your strength. James does a lot of great and challenging work with jump boards and get your Heart rate up. Maria is funny and sassy and really teaches good form. Gerald is like the energizer bunny so be ready and alert. Everyone is great and has their own style. First of all, they do everything from their heart to improve everybody’s health, and then joy meant of learning this wonderful practice called Pilates! Lesley management and Customer Service is really good. Allan, Pam, and Karen at reception in particular are really great with helping on. Anyhow, you need on booking or membership, they’re flexible and friendly and extremely wonderful to work with if you ever have any problem or concern. So join! Your body and your mind will thank you!”
