She also instructs wonderful open level classes that she changes up weekly. She demonstrates and walks around to help with position.Shout-out to Ora and Ekat in Bellmore, also wonderful! I just started and I couldn't be happier. Mellisa the Sunday morning receptionist, signed me up and answered all my questions. Natalia, the instructor (spelling?) has a calming voice and offers good guidance, without being intrusive. She will ask if there are any injuries or anything you want to work on as a group... lets you find your own flow and position that works for you...I am still new and doing beginners and slow flow. So happy I joined!”
