Launa, at the front desk, helped me with my insurance and filling out the forms. The wait time is quick and the Medical Assistant is very kind and asked me a lot of questions. “I visited Dr. Dolen for the first time yesterday and am sad that it might be the last (for a while). Why? CAUSE HE FIXED THE PROBLEM ON THE FIRST VISIT! Dr. Dolen is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but quite funny and witty which helps put one at ease when sticking your (freshly pedicured) hoof in his face. He explained everything and got right to work. I walked out happy as a pig in $%#&! While I don't exactly love visiting doctors, Dr. Dolen is the best!
