“Hospice services were fantastic although we are extremely disappointed with the party responsible for picking up the hospital bed. We understand there was a snow storm but our family member passed away 3 days ago, well before the storm. This makes it difficult to receive friends, family and visitors to the home when the hospital bed is in the middle of the living room. It is also not a very pleasant reminder of our loved one who has passed away in said bed. When we made contact with hospice twice, no phone call was returned nor was progress made with this. Again, hospice was wonderful, this just happens to be our only "fly in the ointment".”
