I don't think I could be much more satisfied! If you are considering laser surgery, make the smart, informed choice and go with Dr. Jordan Kassoff. I was intending to use one of the laser surgeons that does tons of marketing in the Capital District. Her staff assessed me. The $250 advertised price-tag became $2000/eye. Her Google rating is very high, but I have heard and read of problems. Please choose carefully.”

I was looking for a physical therapist who would come to my home, as I was in an immobilizer and not able to drive to a rehab facility. Experienced and competent at-home physical therapists are not an easy find – and I wanted the same therapist who would get to know me and my injury – not have someone different each time. Dr. Fernandez is personable, competent, experienced and knowledgeable, who worked with me on my strengthening exercises. In a relatively short period of time, I am able to walk without a limp and confident enough to get back to Florida to avoid the NY winter. I couldn’t be more happy! “I have been a patient at Procore P.T. in Pearl River the past four weeks after surgery for a meniscus tear. The facility is clean, and attached to Retro Fitness which allows access to equipment for sessions. I have worked with three physical therapists and assistants, one being Greg an owner. They all have a positive and friendly attitude with the patients. There is about 3-4 patients being worked on at a time but that does not diminish the attention given to each individual. The therapist adjusts my exercises and stretches often based on my improvement. I learned a lot from PT and I know I would not have healed as quickly if I opted not to go. My experience with ProCore has been extremely positive.”
