The convenience of being able to see available dates & times that work with my schedule is awesome, and his hours of operation are convenient as well, good to know I can finally get a haircut after work during the weekday. Michael is also an easy dude to talk to and keep a conversation with, and it's nice to get his professional input on the type of hair cut you want. The office is relaxed and all the staff are wonderful people who are there to help. “I actually can't believe all of these bad reviews. I live in Syracuse and have been to every ER in the four hospitals there. Not only is the wait time ridiculously long in every hospital, the nurses, doctors and other staff can be heard laughing and joking around while people wait both in the waiting room and in the ER beds. My son was rushed to Albany's ER. His condition was very serious, so he got right in. I thought the staff was very attentive and very helpful whenever I had a question or my son needed help. I arrived at about 10 p.m. and spent the night there. I wish the chair in the room was more comfortable as I didn't get any sleep, but I have no complaints about the nurses or doctors.”
