“Had the pleasure of doing my very first eye exam with them, and I was very impressed!! They went the extra mile to ensure a clean, sanitary and also comfortable office space, waiting area and examination area! The doctors took excellent care and time for me to fully understand and get the proper prescription lenses!! I loved the styles they had available!! It was nice too because the gentleman that was helping me pick frames assured me that all of the frames are sanitized after every person touches them!! I didn’t even have to worry about picking glasses and only judging based on my eyebrows, they allowed me to be in a 6 feet away from anyone space and mask off to try them out!! “Initially it was a bit difficult to get an appointment since there was some confusion about my insurance. After contacting my Insurance company i was able to confirm that vision plus does accept my insurance. During my appointment the wait was about 10-12 minutes. The receptionist was nice and able to answer my questions. The test was quiet simple and quick as well. The receptionist afterwards gave me a lot of time to pick my glasses, which was very helpful.”

“Wow, what a great experience! I spent only one week, but I highly recommend at least two consecutive weeks. The health and fitness staff really put their hearts into what they do! They truly care about you and share their personal stories with you. I learned so much, and received so much support from them! They don’t just focus on weight loss. There is so much more. Many thanks to Theresa, Heather, Danielle, Alex and Stephanie! You have absolutely changed my life for the better!! The food was phenomenal! It was hard to believe that eating healthy could be so good! I was never hungry! The only disappointment here was that our group never saw the chef. Not sure why, as other groups have reported that he makes several appearances. I would have liked to meet and talk with him. I did have some problems with my accommodations. I had requested a room with a king size bed. Upon arrival, I was told there were none available. The room I was assigned to had a/c problems. It sounded like a semi truck was coming through my room. After not getting any sleep the first night, I had to move to another room. Soon thereafter I discovered that room W122 had a king size bed and sat empty the entire week. I can’t say that I’m happy with Suzanne or Alice at the front desk for their untruthfulness! Many thanks again to the wonderful health and fitness team, nutritionists, housekeeping. and food service team for the awesome experience!! Each and every one of you hold a special place in my heart!”

Amazing massage chairs in the waiting area and the P/T area. Bathrooms have feminine needs, who does this!? Novelli does.
