( First time doing this, and I've only ever had a wax once in my life ) For starters, the Carle Place location is so clean and aesthetically pleasing I was amazed from their walk through. Karen then greeted me, confirmed who I was and then proceeded to walk to the room with me. She thoroughly explained the service she would be providing .. they even sent me like a questionnaire sheet prior to my arrival to help lessen the appointment time and know some history about me in relation to the service provided. After explaining, we went on with completing the first laser session which was extremely quick and non painful just like Karen said.
