His classes usually combine strength training exercises with free weights and some equipment, as well as floor core body exercises along with interval aerobics. The reason I like going to his studio so much is that the space is the opposite of a soulless large sports club atmosphere. The classes are usually 8-9 people, and the way he encourages those who attend, no matter the level of conditioning, creates a real sense of camaraderie and a positive vibe. If you are looking for a total body workout at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to be.”
