“I had gone to Dr. Toriello many years ago for a left knee issue and he was excellent. I had been out of the neighborhood for a while now and been having right knee issues so I went to a local orthopedist in my new area upstate. After an MRI he recommended surgery as the only option. I remembered Dr. Toriello and made the trip back for his opinion with the MRI results and disc in hand and was so glad I did. He spent almost 45 minutes with me going over everything that was there. He gave me a thorough examination as well as taking the time out to show me a model of the knee explaining it’s parts and where my issue lay. He told me surgery wasn’t necessary and gave me a prescription for Physical Therapy. All in all it was a very pleasant experience with a person who took his time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions and concerns. I would very highly recommend him to anyone in need of his area or expertise!”

He was very knowledgeable about what I would need to help hold canopy in place considering the place I will be using it is Colvill Park and it can be very windy down there sometimes. Rob went over and above when it came to customer service!! I'm giving Rob 5 stars how come it's only showing 4? He definitely deserves a 5! .”
