But most of all when he does an examine he closes his eyes and listens so intently to the respiratory system and to the chest. Dr. Smith saved my fathers life and it was an issue with his heart and Dr. Smith went above and beyond to have the hospital (who he isn’t associated with) know his findings by a letter and a call to the ER. “The staff was wonderful, helpful, and pleasant people to work with. I don't remember my Doctor's name (sorry doc, but I hate visiting the eye doctor so my mind was focused on getting in and out as fast as possible), but he was great and made me feel more comfortable during the appointment. I would definitely request another appointment with him. As for the staff at the counter, they were so helpful and efficient. Marisol was great at explaining the cost, what insurance covered, and wanted to get you the best deal. Even though it was a tiny shop/office it was probably one of the best optometrist office I've been to. Thanks to everyone there!”

“Professional PT is a wonderful place for all sorts of physical therapy. This location in particular has truly excellent staff, equipment, cleaning protocols, bathrooms. Scheduling and rescheduling is always a breeze & Nicola goes above and beyond to work with your scheduling needs. The phone app to access exercises at home is very thorough with explanation videos for each assigned exercise and overall very easy to navigate. I have done two rounds of PT for a herniated disc and associated pain in neck/back/arms. Each physical therapist has helped me improve so much that I am in awe. I began with Tommy & one set of exercises. He took a holistic approach to PT & also gave excellent advice on modifications to make in day to day life to help alongside the PT exercises. I got back the ability to sleep without excruciating pain waking me up. He is phenomenal. My next round of PT (recommended by my Ortho because of how successful the first round was) I did with Andrea. I was hopeful I could improve more but also worried that I may eventually plateau on pain reduction. I have been steadily improving, doing new exercises, & loving PT. Andrea and her dedication to asking her patients probing Qs & checking in also helped me improve a years-long numbness in my arm. If you're debating, don't. This place is life changing.”

“I highly recommend (and frequently recommend) Dr. Selter’s office for OIT, oral challenges and allergy care in general. My family have been patient’s of Dr. Selter’s office for over 6 years. We have been to both offices. We have done OIT for several years for several allergens. I have felt safe and my family has been treated with great care at the office and at home. They are attentive at the office and careful with treatment. At home, they are on call and I haven’t felt alone in the OIT journey even when calling for minor questions and minor dosing adjustments. The office stays up to date on the latest OIT trends, consults to come up with solutions, provides multiple options and are willing to go slow. They fight with the insurance to get medically necessary treatments. After completing 10+ oral challenges (and so much OIT), Dr. Selter’s office is great with oral challenges. They are attentive to the slightest change in symptoms and follow protocols to confirm if an allergen is safe or not while being very careful with patients. I recently referred another family member and am super pleased with their experience also. Finally, I can’t say enough about the amazing PAs Rainy, Jessi and Lauren and all the nurses and techs that work so hard. Sue and the office staff are just as amazing and caring. Over 6 years with a doctor's office it's not surprising to have an issue come up, however whenever we have needed help Sue goes above and beyond to make everything move smoothly and get my son's needs met. OIT has been life changing for my family and I am thankful for their office.”
