“Route 20 fitness is the best gym in town. I’ve been a member for 2 years now and the workouts are still challenging and diverse each day/week. This is a great gym for women AND men! Since going to Route 20, it has completely changed my mindset of how to workout and has enhanced my athletic abilities. I started at the gym while I was 12 weeks pregnant and the staff knew just how to adapt the workouts to meet my needs throughout the entirety of my pregnancy. The coaches and Scott were right by my side to gear me back into shape postpartum. The staff tailors the workouts to their client’s individual needs, the trainers are very knowledgeable and the gym has a multitude of classes they offer each day.
