Kim's portion of the day was a presentation on managing stress through the upcoming holidays, and in general. Kim not only helped us to identify behaviors within ourselves that cause stress, she gave us real, practical ideas to deal with the stresses of the season! If you have the chance to attend one of her presentations, or schedule a one on one program with her, I highly recommend it! She knows what she's talking about, and seems to have an innate intuition about how to help people!”
