I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing 😈😈😈”

“I had to take my cat Olive here on an emergency basis, she needed an ultrasound and my primary vet encouraged me to go ASAP. Olive was accepted a few hours later and one of the vets called me within 30 minutes. Olive wasn't doing well, she needed to be kept in an enclosure that was oxygenated until the ultrasound could be done the next day. The doctor went over pricing with me, it was expensive but I swallowed the 1600-2000 dollar estimate and told them to do what they needed. They kept her over night and the next morning I got the diagnosis. It wasn't good, but I was appreciative of a few things. They quoted me for a bi-cavity ultrasound but they deemed it as unnecessary and did a single cavity ultrasound saving a few hundred dollars. There was also multiple doctors reviewing the information and coming up with the diagnosis. They also gladly sent over the diagnostic reports without much fuss. The prices seem expensive but everything just adds up. If I had waited another day I probably wouldn't have been able to bring olive home for her final night. Final bill was also under the initial estimate.”
