My technician was Jillian and she was super friendly and gentle. I would recommend this facility again and again. “Of course my first class (cardio boxing) was a little intimidating, but the instructor was motivating and super patient. There was a nice mix of people in the class, and everyone was helpful and having a good time while being pushed to their individual limits. My second class (HIIT) with George was an intense and fun workout (alongside fantastic uplifting oldies music). He's got such great energy, very motivating, and provides the positive kind of coaching that works for me! Highly recommend.”
