“Way more than a gym. Being a Medically Oriented Gym, physically attached to a Physical Therapy practice, they can work with you to address any issues you have. College educated trainers can set up a personal program for you and can change it periodically when needed. They can address weight issues, diabetes, cardiovascular, cancer, and Parkinson diseases among others. If you have an issue and would like an opinion from a physical therapist, it's literally down the hall and is included in your membership. I personally was having a weakness problem with my right arm and was evaluated by a physical therapist who recommended exercises, showed me how to do them and followed up on my progress. I'm happy to an announce my strength is back. Stop in an talk to them. You'll be glad you did (and so will you body).”
