“Could they be any nicer here? From the desk staff, to the nurses, nurse practitioner, to the doctors - they are all so lovely and helpful. The facility is SO clean and new, which is an extra bonus. I've also found their pricing to be extremely reasonable, more so than other urgent care offices I've been to. “I love this yoga a studio which is so much more than just yoga!! I have been a member now for a year and a half and I find myself totally hooked on it!! I come 3-4 times a week and really miss it when I'm away. The Masters are extremely encouraging, knowledgeable, warm and kind. Often after class we are invited to stay for tea and to chat with the other members. We are encouraged to grow spiritually as well as in body and mind. I know some people feel intimidated by the idea of doing yoga, but the classes are appropriate for all ages and all levels of fitness. Some people do chair yoga if that's what they need. Everyone is comfortable at their own level and encouraged to do more at their own pace.”
