“I have been working with Michelle since June 2019. I can't say enough great things about her, both personally and professionally. I have one-on-one training days with her, 3 days p/week, but I must admit that if I go too long without a workout, I find myself calling her to get another session on the books. I think this is a true testament to how fun Michelle makes working out. I could never do this without her help. I realize now that after so many years of going to the gym that I was wasting my time on machines because I was either not lifting the proper weight or because I had poor form. Although Michelle challenges you, she is always making sure that you are in good form so that you do not risk any injury. I love working out in her clean home gym. I was lucky to find someone so close to my home. I also love how strong that I have become in such a small window of time. I look forward to continued physical improvement. I must also add that she is such a sweet person! She makes sure that the fan is always pointing in my direction so that I am comfortable and not sweating profusely during a session lol! It's the little things that she does that goes a long way in my book. She offers group and personal classes, but I prefer the one-on-one sessions because of the flexibility that it provides my work schedule and because I love the personalized attention. She is amazing.
