He communicated each step and followed up after each step to ensure that the mold and water damage from the burst pipe was dried and removed before any construction happened. Joe Paolucci was the project manager assigned to oversee the reconstruction of my first floor. Joe is a rare unicorn in this field, a contractor that actually communicates and delivers on what he says he will! Joe not only worked directly with my insurance company to negotiate the budget for the project, he would follow up frequently to ensure that the project moved along expeditiously. He made recommendations about the materials for the rebuild as if he were helping a family member out and really treated us like friends more than just a client. I was not pressured into opting for surgery or any other preferred procedure. The staff was respectful of my needs and certainly my avoidance of any unpleasant procedure.
