“We hired Creative By Design 716 to replace our crumbling porch in the historic Allentown preservation district. The challenge was to save as much of the decorative posts and porch roof, while replacing everything below. The porch was demolished, 6 new post holes dug, concrete, rebar, new frame, deck and railings. The roofline of the porch was straightened and new posts were built to meet & support the upper part of the ornate existing posts (as much as could be saved). We've had unending compliments from neighbors, friends and even strangers. The quality and attention to detail were amazing! My wife and I would recommend their work to anyone. Planning to have them come back for interior renovations next.”

Although we did not place an order on the spot because some of the appliances (Washer/Dryer) were not on stock (due to high President's Week demand), Mohammed saved our order in the system because we said we needed to think about it. We did went to other stores to do price check. Two days later we returned to P.C. Richard to do place an order because the deal was better. This time, Matt (Store Manager) made our purchase a lot easier. Although there wasn't an ETA on the washer, he promised to make our experience a lot better due the inconveniences. That accommodation included a faster delivery to the store and, if the delay was longer than promised in the system, a free delivery at home. We placed the order and now we look forward to get the appliances ASAP, as promised.”
