The staff were very hands-on helping us learn about the many features of carpeting and helped us (very patiently) narrow down to the best choices. They came to our home to measure and assess everything to carefully plan it all out. The carpet arrived soon after, was installed all in one visit, and looks amazing! Yes, there’s cheaper options out there. However the service was top-notch, the quality of our carpets is the best, we know Kenny’s will stand behind everything, and...we “Shopped Putnam”!
