I told her what my other mattress was and immediately, she understood the feel that we liked. She was absolutely amazing to quickly help us find another mattress that was in our budget. She offered to discount it due to the problem we were having and really went above and beyond to be so kind and helpful. I went in at 10:30 in the morning and left by 11 o’clock with the decision on a new mattress. They delivered it at 4:30 pm that same afternoon and I woke up this morning with no back pain.
