“We had a carpenter bee problem. My wife called Accurate. They came highly recommended from someone she knew. They came out and assessed the issue. They found that we had more than just carpenter bees.They were very knowledgeable, and put together a plan on how to treat the house and pole barn to remove the many different kinds of bees that we had. Darron, came to the house, and he was very personable. It was like we knew him forever.This is a local company, locally owned, not some franchise, and it shows. He did his work, and now we just have to wait. He reminded us that the work is guaranteed, and if there are anymore issues, to give a call, and they would come back. My wife noticed some more bee activity (not the carpenter bees) in the last couple of days and she called Accurate. Darron came out the same day that we called. He took care of the extra problems that we had, and walked around the house, and he found a humongous bee nest buried in the wood, that me and my wife did not notice. They were aggressive bees, I believe they were yellow jackets, and he had to put his bee suit on before he sprayed them. He told me that should take care of the problem but he would follow up with me the next day. Again the company went above and beyond.”

“For the first time in my life, I had a very active ground hornets nest in fall of 2020, surprise! I contacted Regan Pest Control, because my brother had used their services. Josh came to my house really quickly. He knows his stuff. I asked him about a million questions and he was so polite in answering them all. Not only was he able to kill the ground hornets nest, he also treated my home and buildings exteriors when I asked about ants I've been getting. I was so impressed in Josh's initial visit, that I wanted a yearly pest control plan with them. Regan Pest Control employees are absolutely professional, responsive and polite. Crystal is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. Josh is always very professional when he comes to my house. He gets right down to business, but also kindly has conversation, answers my questions if I happen to be home when he comes. I don't know how he isn't afraid of the ground and wall nests of hornets I had in the past, but good lord he gets rid of them all. “This was a great stop on our road trip. Loved seeing the lake on the drive over and the shop was much bigger than expected. They have a main level, two upper levels, and a basement filled with vintage wonders. The highest floor is more shabby chic antique decor which was cool and different than the general antiques of the rest of the building. Very friendly staff that are willing to bargain.
