Kate was so friendly from the second we walked in the store, showing us different options of materials and curtain tracks, and helping decide what would work best for our budget and needs. We changed our minds several times before finally deciding on a final product and she was so patient throughout the process, providing different quotes each time. The timing from delivery to installation was also super quick, and the installer came and put the tracks up very efficiently and with no issues. We are doing various renovations in our apartment and the customer service from The Shade Store has surpassed the rest of the vendors and companies we've been working with by a mile, from start to finish. Turn right and go back towards WH Prentice...back in sight side. Use the cab and trlr to block traffic..”

“We're buying our second washer from Arctic wholesale. The gentleman running the place is super nice. They have very affordable refurbished washers. We bought a washer from here 4 years ago and it's done a great job unfortunately the drum bearing did go out and it's an expensive repair. I feel like 4 years is pretty good for a cheap refurbished washer. Our dryer we bought at the same time is still going strong. They offer delivery. They have a really good selection of high quality models and brands.”

“Great shop! My husband forgot his quick release plate for his tripod while packing for a trip. I called to see if they had one and unfortunately they did not but the gentleman on the phone said to stop in and they could see if something else that would fit. We made the quick detour and my husband was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. They found one that would work but it wobbled a little. The guy grabbed something and made a shim to hold it tight. Works perfectly! Great costumer service!”
