But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). I LOVE that I can drive through, pop my trunk full of empties and the guys at Twinlo restock my trunk with my favorite beers.
