“I am a new patient at this office and I gotta say they are absolutely the best medical practice I have visited in a long time. Starting with the office staff, very personal and thoughtful. They remember you and really try to help you in terms of quick referrals and documents if you need them. My PCP is awesome, Dr Malary-Carter is knowledgeable, personal and really gets an A in bed side manners. She really listens to her clients and makes you feel like you are the most important person at that time. I have not felt that way from a doctor in a very long time. She really reviews your areas of health and follows up accordingly. Lastly the office is comfortable and clean. I’m glad I found this medical office for sure and I’m very particular about my health and my doctor. So I do not give good reviews easy.”

From the very beginning, my husband, the patient, and I were welcomed with genuine concern and care about his needs focusing on him medically, emotionally and every conceivable factor affecting him as a person. The relationship that ensued over a decade far exceeded that of a medical staff treating a patient. They became much more. Their medical expertise , a major component of Jimmy’s treatment was always top notch and thorough. What impressed us was how much they genuinely cared and would reach out with calls and emails to determine just how my husband was faring. Whether it was at home or during one of his hospitalizations, they were there concerned and involved. They became family. We can never thank Joann, Jenny, Myung, the wonderful nutritionist and social worker and, of course, Dr Kenar Jhaveri for all they’ve done to treat Jimmy with such loving care and dignity. I recently went through a series of unfortunate events in which my wallet and other belongings were stolen. “I remember when my youngest son needed constantly medical attention when he was 13 months of age. That was some 27 years ago. There was no rabbinical assistance when my wife and I went through the struggle of dealing with a frequently hospitalized child. With the yeoman assistance of Rabbi Wolfe, know there is the outreach ..the help they parents and those who need comfort . .is readily available. “Creedmor has it's up and downsides, but it's necessary. We need more mental health facilities in this country, not less. To all you people complaining about this place being in your neighborhood, that place has been a psych hospital since the early 1900's. The mentally ill need to be cared for, and that's where we do it in NYC. They didn't move next to you, you moved next to them. You don't like it? Go somewhere Fing else!
